Responsibilities: 1.Lead and promote the company's ESG projects to ensure alignment with thecompany's strategy and goals.

2.Develop and oversee the implementation of ESG indicators to measure and improvethe company's performance in environmental, social, and governance aspects.
制定并监督 ESG指标的实施，以衡量和改进公司在环境、社会和治理方面的绩效。 3.Establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders to drive sustainable developmentand collaboration opportunities. 与利益相关者建立战略伙伴关系，推动可持续发展的合作机会。
4.Collect, analyze, and report ESG data related to the Industrial Gas Industry,including environmental, social and governance indicators.
收集、分析和报告与工业气体行业相关的ESG 数据，包括环境、社会和治理方面的指标。 5.Track and analyze industry trends, providing insights and recommendations on ESGbest practices.
跟踪和分析行业趋势，提供有关 ESG 最佳实践的见解和建议。 6.Participate in the company's decision-making process, offering professional adviceon ESG matters.
参与公司的决策过程，提供 ESG方面的专业意见。Represent the company at industry
7.Represent the company at industry conferences and events to enhance the company'svisibility and reputation in the ESG domain.
代表公司参与行业会议和活动，提升公司在ESG领域的知名度和声誉
Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in environmental management, sustainabledevelopment, or a related discipline.
大学本科或以上学历，环境管理、可持续发展或相关专业。 2.extensive experience in ESG field in MNC or consulting firm specialized in ESGfield. Rich knowledge in ESG development in Europe and US. Familiar with EUtaxonomy, European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS)
在跨国公司或专门从事环境、社会和治理领域的咨询公司工作，在环境、社会和治理领域拥有丰富经验。对欧洲和美国的环境、社会和治理发展有丰富的知识。熟悉欧盟分类标准、欧洲可持续发展报告标准(ESRS) 3.Experience in industrial gases or chemical industry is preferred
有工业气体或者化工行业经验优先。 4.AExcellent verbal and written communication skill in both Chinese and English
具备出色的中英文口语沟通和书面写作能力。 5.In-depth understanding of ESG indicators and assessment methods. familiar withrelevant international standards and regulations.
深入了解 ESG 指标和评估方法，熟悉相关的国际标准和法规。 6.Possess strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectivelycollaborating with senior management and external stakeholders.
