PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• At least 3 years of solution sales experience，preparing sales proposal and solution3年以上解决方案型销售经验，为潜在客户提供定制化的销售建议方案；
• Strong execution skills in developing new markets and customers, executing sales plans, and achieving responsive performance indicators 对新市场新客户的开拓具备强大的落地执行力，执行销售计划并完成响应的业绩指标
• Assist and lead local sales to promote opportunity, and be responsible for ESG consulting services projec帮助和带领当地销售进行客户突破和业务机会推进，并负责ESG咨询服务等项目型业务；
• Making face-to-face presentations and come in contact with Keyperson;约见并实施面对面拜访与演示，对接到企业负责人或C-level以上人员并建立联系；
• Driving and identifying customers’ needs based on ESG driven;识别潜在客户需求，引导并推动该需求实现为ESG注册及相关产品的服务；
• Internal coordination and communication among various departments内部各部门协调与沟通，为潜在客户提供最符合其需求的整体解决方案和服务；
• Maintaining customer relationship 维护客户关系以及其他利于销售与推动该产品的活动。
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
• Bachelor's degree or above , CET-4 above, 本科及以上学历,CET-4以上
• 3 years above solution sales experience, and effectively present solutions based on identify customer pain points and needs ,trade experience is preferred 3年以上解决方案型销售工作经验，能够深刻洞察客户痛点和需求，并有效呈现方案。有外贸领域从业经历者优先；
• Customized solution making and presentation experience, 具有一定的方案制作能力和演示能力；
• familiar with customers in processing and manufacturing industries, and experience selling to CXOs • 熟悉珠三角或长三角区域以外贸订单为主要业务的加工制造业的产业业态并与企业负责人直接对话；
• Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PPT to customize professional solutions for customers, and interpersonal and intercultural communication skills 熟练使用Word、excel、PPT等办公软件为客户定制专业解决方案，以及良好的沟通能力。
• Initiative, co-operative, aggressive and result oriented主动性，合作精神，进取，以结果为导向
• 工作所在地为苏州、无锡、宁波、广州、深圳、东莞等长三角及珠三角地区，其他沿海地区可商议。
